Yes, our commercial EV chargers are backed by a one-year labour warranty for any defective work for your peace of mind. This becomes effective once the invoice is fully paid. Please note that the warranty period starts from the initial invoice date. For any products or accessories supplied or installed by the customer, our warranty does not cover them, but we will provide labour and associated costs for any necessary rectifications.

While our policy generally does not allow returns or exchanges once work has started, we offer flexibility in line with Australian Consumer Law. In the event of a major failure, you are entitled to cancel the contract and receive a refund for the unused portion or compensation for its reduced value.

For non-major failures, you can have the service rectified or cancel the contract for a refund of the unused portion. Note that our warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repairs or wear and tear. We encourage open communication to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
